In this class you'll learn my favorite choux pastry recipe and techniques for elevating the beloved "cream puff". We'll make fancy modern eclairs, profiteroles and even some fun churros! Then I'll demonstrate how to use this dough for a savory application that you'll have to try to believe. Everyone leave with a box of goodies.
